Positive Self Talk
positive_self_talkThe syndrome of drug addiction is a weakness that begins when a person can’t possess the mind any more in order to oppose the temptation of continual use of drugs even when he knows that the drug isn’t beneficial to him any more, or when he discover that the side effects are of greater importance to him than the beneficial effects.

Physicians explain the effects of drug addictions as destructive, damaging and terminal. But it is worth to mention that the temptation of drugs of the continual use of them is greater than the will in him to quit. Will is a potent power which when adequately used can expel any obstacle in life.

Doctors prescribe various types of drugs to struggle different sicknesses. Some drugs are used without doctors’ prescription to intensify metabolism in the body and in the process kill cerebrum cells and make the brain function either faster or slower than usual, and thereby making the user feel less pain, and less responsive to society standards. The drugs become addictive when the user finds comfort in its continual use to suppress pains and stigma.

There is one more aspect of drug addiction - it is the symptomatic habit of a number of youths who find it pleasant to feel high and thereby resort to smoking weeds. If this is not determined in time such youths could move to cocaine and heroine.

It is certainly that such people need help. But paradoxically the help they need is inside them. All they require is to go to their mind and arrange their thoughts. In getting hold of their thoughts they will need to gather their inner strengths through positive self talk and personal counseling. Each human-being is endowed with these inner strengths to struggle with all negative things happening to him. The only requirement is the bravery to assert and deploy the innate power positively.
